This compact monoblock rotary machine combines gravity filling and ROPP cap sealing on a single frame, reducing investment, manpower, and line length without affecting output or quality. Bottles are filled by gravity through specially designed nozzles directly connected to the product tank, ensuring hygienic operation with no PVC tubing. It is ideal for filling and sealing non-carbonated, non-viscous liquids such as mineral water, juice, milk, liquor, and vinegar in PET bottles. A partial vacuum option is also available for glass bottle applications.
